VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) Preparation Course

This course is designed to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and mentally for a vaginal birth after cesarean. I guide you step by step so you have the information, tools, and confidence needed to make safe and empowered decisions about your birth experience.

  • Candidate selection: Evaluating scars, previous incision types, and other important factors.
  • Physical preparation: Strategies to strengthen your body and optimize your condition for labor.
  • Emotional preparation: How to address past birth experiences or trauma and build confidence.
  • Choosing your provider and birth setting: Tips for selecting a team and environment that support your VBAC.
  • Protocols and planning: What to expect during the process and how to communicate your preferences.
  • Support resources: Tools, strategies, and communities to guide you before and after birth.

These classes may be covered by your insurance plan, even if you do not wish to receive the full birth support service. I also offer out-of-pocket options, with prices varying depending on whether the class is virtual or in person, and the distance if you are outside my service area.
