Accepting medicaid plans (Aetna, Sunshine Health and United Health Care)
As a doula, birth coach, and maternal–infant educator, I provide comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. My approach combines education, emotional support, practical guidance, and continuous presence so you can experience a safer, more informed, and empowered journey into motherhood.
Important Note:
When prenatal or postpartum visits are limited, I go straight to what you need most. Whether it’s a specific topic you want to learn, a concern you want to work through, or targeted support you require, I tailor each session to your priorities. Every encounter is fully individualized so you can make the most out of our time together.
This same structure also applies to clients using Medicaid. The difference is that Medicaid-covered services (Aetna and Sunshine) include unlimited prenatal and postpartum visits, in addition to labor support. Even with expanded coverage, I continue to tailor every session to your specific needs so you receive individualized, meaningful support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
During coaching sessions, I offer you a safe and supportive space to receive personalized guidance, explore your concerns, and work through any fears or anxieties related to pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.
I use hypothetical cases, real-life scenarios, and practical strategies tailored to your needs. Each session is designed to strengthen your emotional and mental preparation while equipping you with tools that build confidence.
Prenatal visits focus on essential topics that help you feel prepared, informed, and supported throughout your pregnancy. These may include:
Each visit is adapted to your needs once services begin.
During labor, I offer continuous support to create a calm, safe, and positive environment for you. This includes:
I remain available through phone, text, or video call and join you in person once active labor begins.
I stay with you 1–2 hours after birth to ensure a smooth and supported transition.
I offer educational classes designed to give you a clear and practical understanding of the birth and breastfeeding process.
